Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had 2 rounds of phone interviews. The first was 2 analysts on the phone, and the other was a 1-1 with a senior associate. The first was almost entirely fit questions and the second round had some questions about real estate valuations and asked for explanations of basic concepts such as IRR, NOI etc.
