1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was the Women's Early Insights accelerated interview process. Superday format, three 30 minute interviews with people from IED. All three were incredibly behavioral. The most finance-technical question I was asked is what LIBOR is at, which I was only asked because I mentioned one of my classes focusing on it. I'm a comp sci major and I was interviewed by a quant who asked me a few basic probability questions.
