Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was first recruited through my school, which is a target school for Morgan Stanley. First there was a one on one interview- only fit questions and zero technicals were asked. Then I was asked to interview in their office, first as a group interview that lasted an hour, the task was simple but they were analyzing your group work and thought process the whole time. After you and your group present, they ask questions and might single you out for a specific answer. I was singled out, but not everyone was. As long as you can think quickly and show an effective thought process you are fine. Then there was 2 one on one interviews, again, no technicals. Very focused on relationships and communication, be prepared to talk about GROUP WORK.
