Operations Internship

Started with an information session / resume drop on campus. Applied online as well. Got an email saying I was selected for the interview process. 2 days later had an on campus interview. Lasted about 20-30 minutes and was 1 on 1. Pretty much all behavioral questions. The following morning I received another email saying I had made it to the 2nd round. 2 days following the on campus interview, I had a "superday" at the office. 6 other interviewees were there. Had 2 more interviews then at the end they brought everyone together to perform a group project that we had to present to 4 people. They split us up into 2 groups of 3 and each group had to come up with a presentation on increasing transportation routes / modes of transportation from the office to campus. Gave us about 15min then told us we didn't have time to present both projects so we had to combine and present as one group. We were evaluated the whole time. All in all the whole process lasted about 4 hours. Got to the office at 8am and left at about 12. Told we wouldn't know the results for another 2-3 weeks
