Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Applied online on early April. As an Asian division they did not requite any cover letter. The 1st round consisted of paper test on verbal/numerical reasoning and computer check. In two weeks there was an announcement for 2nd round which was the interview. Three interviewers were all from Seoul Operations office. The interview lasted 30 min, first half in English and second half in Korean. The questions were all fit questions. The next day I got the offer call from HR department.
