I applied to a PWM position morgan stanley had posted on my schools career portal. Associate emailed me for a phone interview time for the following week. The day of the interview came and I never got a call within the set hour that we had arranged in the email. I thought either they are interviewing a ton of candidates, or they are just really unorganized. I called myself after 30 mins outside the hour time frame we had set and got the associate on the phone. He seemed pretty bored but rushed at the same time. He apologized for not calling on time because he is fielding a bunch of other phone interviews at the same time. Interview went well, just asked some personality and character questions. I don't remember him asking any technical questions. Also went over my resume.
