I applied online and took a online test. I then received an email from MSSB asking for a phone interview. pretty basic question about my resume. It was just a quick screening. Took less than 20 Min. Next, I was contacted by the branch manager for 1 on 1 interview. this was a more in depth questioning of my resume. It lasted for 45 min. and got a chance to ask questions about the position. Next, I received an email asking for another phone interview. This interview had more questions about sales and knowledge of finance. Then I received an email with questions about my target market, which they called a business plan. This is as far as I have gotten to in the progress of employment with Morgan Stanley.
