Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: phone interview. most of the questions are technical ones, such as VaR, greeks, statistical, math, brainteaser.
2nd round: super day. The night before the super day, candidates were invited to a reception to meet the potential interviewers and other junior analysts. On the super day, there were 5 one-to-one interviews. Most of the interviewers are quite senior. They asked a combination of behavioral and technical questions.
