Sales and Trading Intern

I got the interview by befriending a few MS people at their recruitment events. The first round was two phone interviews where they asked pretty softball, HR type questions. The assessment centre was three one on one interviews, a presentation about market conditions and trade ideas, a group interview where you're asked to come up with three business ideas with the other interviewers, and a written test. Everyone was very nice.
