It started with on campus interview, where alums came and screened for the candidates they eventually decided to send to the super day. It was pretty conversation and there wasn't any technical questions. For the super day interview, it was basically several back to back interviews with the sales guys and traders. More technical but still a lot of fit questions / why do you want to be in sales / trading.
