Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

First round interview was a group interview over zoom with two other candidates, a few behavioral questions and one group questions to pitch a trade idea. This was mostly to see who you are as a candidate and how you work in a team situation.

Second round was one on one with an associate trader, mostly market based questions with the usual behavioral questions mixed in.

Third round was with two EDs, this one was more technical market questions (eg. what do you think x index will close at by end of year and why) as well as the usual behavioral questions.

After this you have a chat with a few MDs over zoom which is quite casual - just getting to know you.

Then you sign the offer
