Sales and Trading Summer Intern

Was in the early decision program b/c of study abroad. Had a super day interview. I am not from a target school so networking was important. Get lots of mentoring before the interview, practice with as many people as possible. People were nice during the interview for the most part and are really just looking to see if you're a good fit. Questions were almost all fit. Basic questions about the company and a stock pitch were also asked, but clearly just because they want to make sure we prepped.
