Sales & Trading Summer Analyst

I was invited to attend the superday. All travel was paid for by the firm and schedule via their travel department. During the superday, I had three interviews lasting 15 minutes each with VPs across different Sales & Trading divisions. They were very relaxed in nature, consisting primarily of behavioral and fit questions with a bit of market knowledge expected. It seemed to be based off of your resume, with many questions directly stemming from my past experiences.
