The MS interview process consisted of an initial online application screening that included a resume drop. After that, I had a phone interview with a VP in S&T which was entirely behavioral (why MS, why S&T, tell me about a time...). After this phone interview, I was invited for my super day which consisted of 3 back to back 30min interviews with a VP, Execs, and MD in S&T. Each interview was slightly different: one was very technical and consisted of a stock pitch, the other two were very behavioral. After my super day, I was contacted within a week. Everyone was super nice and if you are prepared and have all your behaviorals memorized, there should be no problem.
