Heavily focused on grades, they picked the top 10 candidates with top marks, and did not consider anyone else who might be a good fit. I got a call to set up a phone interview the next day, pulled an all-nighter reviewing my stuff. Interview was very, very heavily technical focused, technical as in object oriented programming, probability, mathematical models, etc
