Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an informal phone conversation with an alumni from my school and was invited to the MS Sophomore Summer Analyst Super Day. The super day consisted of 5 interviews. One accounting, one strictly on valuation, one behavioral, and the other two were a mix. Overall, I thought it was a great balance of behavioral and technical and that all of the interviewers were easy to talk to. Definitely know the basic technical questions. If you do that and have an outgoing personality....you should be good.
