Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online to this Spring Week, which was a rotational programme within the different front-office departments (IBD, S&T...). 2 telephone interviews (I study in Spain), no assessment center for spring weeks (at least this year).
Standard online application: filling a form, CV, cover letter and numerical test (SHL).
Applied in early December and got a first-round interview in late January with a 2nd Year Analyst from the M&A Execution Team in London. Finally got rejected after the first round.
