Spring Insight/ Spring Week

I was asked to complete a online logical test within 48hours after I submitted the online application. After about 3 weeks waiting, I was called to schedule a phone interview which was on the next day. Although it was the first round phone interview, it was not easy. The interviewer started to ask me about the current market status after brief introduction, which consists questions like the oil price (that was the time when the oil price first start to fall), Euro Zone with particular focus on Grace, EM(especially China) and questions about the market in general. And I was given the chance to ask him a question at the end. The whole process was not very pressure, the interview tried to 'guide' me to the correct answer throughout the interview process. The whole interview lasted for about 30 minutes. And within a week, I got a rejection email.
