Spring Insight week

I applied though the online system, scored well on the online psychometric tests. The phone interview was very brief, this was with an employee from the IBD area, I think it was the equity capital markets desk. Very relaxed interview, I was ask various simple questions. None of the questions were difficult. Just a stumbling block for candidates that are totally new to the whole investment banking world. Some may still not grasp the ins and outs, despite conducting in depth research. My advice is to go to speak to investment bankers face to face to find out what the whole industry is about.
