Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Had a phone interview which was mainly behavioral and 2-3 technicals
2. Called in for superday, about 3 weeks later, which consisted of 6 20-minute interviews (a Friday) - a solid mix of techs and behavioral
3. Emailed within an hour and a half of superday to have another phone interview; phone interview was with an MD and a head of department (the Monday after superday) - each phone interview 20 minutes
4. Received offer on that Wednesday
