Resume drop through on campus recruiting at a target school. Phone interview with an 2nd year analyst who was an alumnus. Superday in NYC with 6 20 minute interviews.
The phone interview was extremely casual and fratty. Very much a "reminiscing on the glory days" type of thing. Superday was a mix of technical and behavorial. A lot of why banking, and the technicals were pretty straightforward.
