Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After completing online psychometric assessments, waited a few weeks before receiving an invite for an interview with analysts over the telephone. Had two consecutive interviews with different analysts, mainly asking behavioural questions with one or two technical questions. Attended assessment centre, which consisted of 4 one-on-one interviews with analysts.
