General Interview Information
Interview Details
Online test was straightforward, involves simulation games that test how you prioritize work, and puzzles that test your logical thinking abilities. I am not good at these but practise a few times before taking the actual test, you'll be fine.
Hirevue: very technical with questions around raising equity vs debt, strategic vs financial buyers, and behavioral questions like what makes a good banker. In Asia there is also a question for you to describe an experience in a local language.
Phone interviews: super pleasant experience. Resume walk through, details on past deals, motivation, why MS, technicals (DCF and details, how to select comps, etc.), maybe try asking for feedback from the interviewer
Superday: in-person. I had one interviewer grilling me on a past deal I did, just pay attention to the bigger picture and you will be fine. Another asking about what motivates you, and some light technicals (levered / unlevered FCF). Another more of a stress-test type, be prepared to answer your motivation to join banking in detail (e.g., saying that you want technical training is not enough - why do you want to get technical?)
