The first round is an immediate HireVue that's sent to everyone as soon as you apply. Their hiring process goes straight from HireVue -> Superday, so doing well on the HireVue and having someone to pull for your HireVue is extremely important because there are thousands of kids submitting HireVues. The HireVue consisted of 3 questions I believe and each one you had 2-3 attempts to record and about 1.5 minutes for each.
