2 Phone Interviews - Mainly competency, have a grasp of what is happening in the markets, but be aware some interviewers may choose to grill you on technicals.
If you pass the first round you are invited to an assessment centre in the London office where you have to complete a paper numerical test, prepare and present an individual presentation and finally a group task. Given a lunch break then have a further 3 face to face interviews with EDs/MDs which again are mostly competency and market based.
