Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Relatively low touch compared to other Investment banks. I was applying for a regional office, had an online virtual session. Everyone was from target schools though that range is wide. Went into online job applications and Hirevue which asked basic behavioral and one technical question. Then got a call for a virtual invite only, afterwards had my first interview. 30 minutes with I'd say 8 minutes on your normal IB behavioral questions, 18 minutes of accounting and DCF focused technical, then a few minutes for questions. Superday was 3 interviews back to back with 30 minutes each, the interview itself differed a lot depending on the interviewer. One interviewer asked purely behavioral and fit questions, another was mainly behavioral plus some basic technical questions mixed in between with the final one being focused on difficult technical questions as well as unorthodox questions that you wouldn't see in most IB prep guides. Overall, the vibe was nice, everyone was rather friendly, and the process was definitely something I enjoyed.
