Summer Analyst

The interview process was fairly basic. Question asks were: Why Morgan Stanley? Describe the current state of the markets? And included some scenario/behavioral questions like describe a situation where you did not get along with a teammate, how did you get over it? What are your strengths/weaknesses? What is your experience with investing? What would you do with a million dollars? Went over resume in detail and answered a few questions regarding the information there. Make sure just to know everything about your resume and just be honest. Overall was a very easy laid back phone interview, did not go any further because I accepted another offer at a different firm soon after. Best of luck.
