Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1 consisted of 3 phone interviews by people in ECM/DCM from analyst to associate level. Mostly fit (why MS, why capital markets, recent deals done by MS with some questions about the markets (US macro, fed tapering)
Round 2 (super day): 3 one-on-one interviews with VP and EDs, followed by a presentation that we had 30 mins to prepare. The materials given were basically some MS research and we have to form a view on the best market to invest in over the next 12 months. We then present this to a group of 3 bankers (VP+) for 5 minutes + 5 more mins for Q&A.
