1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Application for online, then invite to an interview on site. I turned up and had two interviews. Since I'm from a non finance background I only got asked more basic economics questions and was asked to price and integer valued option using expectation values.
Second interview was with someone who hadn't read my CV and was reading it whilst I was actually sat there for the interview. After asking me a question she would pause and took ages to ask another.
