What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Through the Women's Early Insights program. One superday in April which consisted of workshops and panels the first day, and interviews the second. Interviews lasted ~2 hours and were fairly easy. 1 technical, 3 behavioral. Hardest questions were for sure behavioral. As long as you know basic valuation methodologies you should be totally fine (or at least this was the expectation for the women's program).
