Summer Analyst Sales and Trading

I applied online and immediately received Hirevue consisting of 5 questions (4 fit and 1 market). Then, the next round was to write an 500 word essay on a market related topic from a list of 5 choices. One week was given to complete for each position you applied to. The final round was a standard one on one fit/technical/case study interview, one for each category. No networking was required. The final interview was much simpler and casual than any guide suggested, so preparing based on that would be good enough.
