Summer Analyst Sales and Trading

First of all it is worth specifcy that I managed to get the opportunity to interview for this position following the positive performance I had on a trading simulation that took place during a webinar organized by the company. Following to that I had to submit my updated CV and a cover letter, then I had to complete a couple of standardised tests (mathematical and logical reasoning + situational). After submitting those I received an email saying I got admitted to the Assessment Center.
The AC consisted in a round of 4 interviews, 2 motivational and 2 technical ones. All of which took place through Zoom.
The first motivational one consisted in the resolution of a case study i was given, concerning portfolio management. After that I was asked aq series of competence questions (ie. Tell me of a time you struggled to achieve an objective while working in a group, tell me of a time where you failed at something and how you handled it, etc). The 2nd inteview was similar but also focused on my motivation to work for the firm.
The last 2 rounds - the so called technical ones - were not really too speciifc, I was asked a couple of quick calculations and brain teasers (tell me the surface area of Australia) and then I was asked about current events involving the market and my personal stance on them.
