Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two 30 minutes phone interviews (you get screened after the first interview).
Assessment centre in MS's London office :
- One group exercise with a quick presentation at the end
- 3 one on one interviews : strength based (the interviewer has a list of 20+ fit questions that need to be answered in one minute each), motivation and technical.
- numerical test
Overall interviews are fairly standard, classic fit questions. Technical questions were mostly about market news + stock pitch.
You get a call the following day if you performed well.
