Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was OCR and consisted of a group interview with one senior banker and one junior banker.
Second round was what you typically expect. You met with a handful of junior bankers, but mainly VP and MDs. In total, I met with 4 VP, 2 MDs, and 3 Associates. Lunch was very informal with sandwiches in the conference room.
