Coffee Chat with MS through the consortium. Most behavioral, focusing on why MS, how it differs from other BB, what group I am interested in. How do I track the markets and why I would be a solid contributing member to a deal team. I feel this information is useful because not many people have a consortium perspective when it comes to recruiting, or just recruiting for URM as a whole.
