Summer Associate Intern

The interview was with two senior analysts that had lead an information session that I attended. We mainly discussed why I was interested in the field of public finance, and asked a couple of behavioral questions. Like, "Tell me about a time a project you worked on had some setbacks, and what you learned from the experience." Overall the interview was pretty conversational and it lasted about one hour. I was prepared with a good number of questions, so I would suggest other candidates to do so also. They really want to know that you truly care about the work PFM does and how it assists the public sector as an independent advisor.
