Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was for one of the diversity programs and culminated in a superday. I received a phone interview a couple of weeks before being notified that I was invited to the superday, which had a breakfast and a series of interviews. Two of the interviewers I had were really friendly, and the other was quite harsh, but I don't know if that was his personality or whether it was a stress test. The interviews generally felt like conversations rather than tests. There were a couple of brainteasers, but nothing too difficult (multiplying large numbers together, doing market sizing). I had technical questions about my major instead of technical finance questions in one of the interviews. The breakfast was pretty relaxed but was a fun way to meet the other candidates, who all seemed to be lovely people.
