Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 phone interviews were the first 2 stages. Both with reps from the business area. First one, the interviewer was really friendly, asked a lot of follow up questions and interview felt a lot more like a conversation. Few general competency questions and questions about recent events impacting the market (expect follow-ups) Second one, interview felt like he didn't want to be there (called an hour late and was conducting interview on his way home) very little follow up questions but still largely competency based with technical questions similar to first interview.
