Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round over phone with an ED. Basic behavioral questions (walk me through your resume, why you, why us) and a detailed stock pitch. Second round is superday with 4 people, back-to-back 30 minutes interviews. 2 of these are on the equity research division management team and two are employees like MD/VP. Got my offer 3-4 weeks after my superday. Had given all hopes, but then they shoot me a call at 7am one morning saying if I am interested in joining. I said: Hell yeah! I am dying to join.
