Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process was very smooth and transparent. I first filled out some online personality/competency assessments and got almost immediate feedback. Then I was invited to a video interview where I had to record my answer. Finally, after a few weeks I got a phone call for an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of a technical assessment and a skills/behavioral assessment. There were also a few case studies to prepare but we were given ample time to do so. Soon after the assessment centre I got the call for an offer. Everyone was really nice and welcoming throughout the entire process!
