Wealth Management Intern

I started applying on my school's job website in September. I got a phone call in December for interview. I think for Wealth Management, it is all about who you know and how well you manage relationships with people/clients/co-workers... My interviewers are my direct managers and most of the questions they asked were behavioral. One tip I would give to students is to know EVERYTHING on their resume. I work in the 399 Park Ave office, office environment is very nice! The one thing about interning at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management--interns are paid directly by their hiring FA and not by the firm. So FAs will expect a lot from the interns.
