I was referred to the company by an employee at the company, who put me in contact with a financial advisor. My initial interview with the financial advisor consisted entirely of fit questions and was very short. After that, I had a one on one interview with the financial advisor in the office. The interview was almost all fit based again and was very easy. The office was very professional and seemed like a nice environment in which to work.
