The interview process started with a 1 on 1 call with an analyst, and if you pass that, you join the superday and go through three different interviews. Everyone was nice and as long as you know the basic parts of finance and a little more on the wealth management side, you'll be fine. Be ready to pitch a stock and get asked the occasional odd question.
Interview Questions
Nothing was necessarily unexpected. The final analyst asked me a question that was a mental analysis on a local bar in my town. He asked to project revenue, income and growth on that bar on the fly, that was the hardest or at least the most odd question.

Standard behavioral and technical questions centered around market knowledge and some light modeling stuff. Was asked how many steps there are in the empire state building as a brain teaser.
