Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very simple and straightforward. Introductory call with recruiter, if they like you, you will be moved onto the next stage, which is a conversation with your program manager. Should you move onto the next stage there is a 4 person panel interview, with the program manager as one of the people on the panel. Overall not a stressful experience as they really want to see if you are capable of learning and being coachable. Knowledge of accounting and the basics of credit helped me a lot, but I only received questions based off of my resume.
