Applied via online portal to their 2023 summer associate program, heard back about 2 weeks later. My interview was is in two parts, the first was 30 mins with their recruiting manager the next was 30 minutes with an associate who has gone through the summer associate program.
Questions were standard behavioral questions including:

1. Walk me through your resume.
a. Was asked this question in both parts
2. What are your expectations for the internship?
3. Are you comfortable working long hours?
4. Why IB?
5. Why do you want to leave your pre-MBA industry?
7. What valuations techniques have you studied so far?
8. What is your comfort level with excel/powerpoint?
9. Tell me about a time when you managed a conflict at your current company
10. Why MTS?
11. Why Health Care?
12. Why Middle Market?
13. Is there anything else you want us to know about you?

They recruit pretty heavily from MBA programs that have a healthcare track. Life Science/Healthcare background not a requirement but they say the prioritize candidates who have a background in those fields. The recruiting manager let me know that they hire Summers with the intent of a 100% return offer, make sure you emphasize that you are interested in MTS long term.
