They recruit pretty heavily from MBA programs that have a healthcare track. Life Science/Healthcare background not a requirement but they say the prioritize candidates who have a background in those fields. The recruiting manager let me know that they hire Summers with the intent of a 100% return offer, make sure you emphasize that you are interested in MTS long term.
