1. Psychometrics (similar to DB psychometrics) - really basic shape based and non verbal reasoning exercises. They send you a report as soon as tests completed

2. My process went straight to AC, where I had 4 interviews one-on-one. 1st was a case study sent an hour in advance, followed by 2 behavioural and one technical. Technical was more focussed on learning - I had expressed that i didn’t know something earlier and they decided to teach me about it and asked questions (topic was options). The interview consisted of one superday, which had 5, 15-minute interviews with various VPs.
The interviews were all quite straight forward, there were no curveballs. If you study the "The 400 Investment Banking Interview Questions & Answers You Need to Know" you'll be fine.

They asked me some market-related questions as well as 2 stock pitches. Nothing overly complicated, but you have to be able to exhibit your passion for the markets.

The process was very standard for bulge bracket banks. It started with intelligence tests followed by interviews with HR, then phone interviews with traders. After than, there was 8 in-person interviews. With the traders the interviews centered around mind games and riddles. Nothing complicated, basically to see how your think.
