Institutional Equities Summer Analyst

Applied online and was a sent a hirevue of basic behavioral questions. The first round interview was a ~hour long group interview via Zoom with two other candidates and two interviewers. This interview was also very behavioral, but there was one question we had to answer as a group to problem-solve together and collaborate; we were given a bit of time to discuss our answer, which the interviewers observed, and then we were given time to respond. The second round was two 20-30 minute one one-on-one interviews, and, again, questions were very behavioral. I did not make it to the third round, but I know interviews are conducted in person at Boston Career Forum or via Zoom if you are unable to attend.
