Good process. Started with online psychometric testing then phone interview. Was flown at their expense to target city for group assessment centre and individual case study presentation. Next stage was again flown over for smaller panel interview. Interviews are conducted by people from all areas of the bank so not necessarily overly technical but really also depends on who you get. Group interviews are entirely about fit and need to focus on displaying valuable qualities for the role.
