Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted by recruiter and had two calls. First call was an intro and second was for slightly greater detail on story, skills, motivation. Scheduling, admin, etc., was quick. Received NBF creds in advance to build familiarity with their deals.
First round was behavioral and technical but primarily technical, with two Senior Associates. Did quick intros and TMAY, and one deal walkthrough, then straight into technical questions.
Started with basic questions but made tweaks to test for tail cases and counterfactuals.
